1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions define the rules for using the Jet4Design service and the rules for inquiring about 3D printing products and services.

The service is operated by an individual. Detailed identification data of the provider is shared with the client during the communication process prior to any contract or transaction.

2. Nature of Services and Products

Jet4Design provides custom 3D printing services and offers ready-made products via external marketplaces (Etsy, eBay).

All prices presented on the site are for information purposes only and do not constitute a commercial offer. A binding valuation is provided individually after reviewing the order specifications.

3. Order Fulfillment

The contact form is used to establish communication and determine the technical details of the project. Service fulfillment occurs after mutual confirmation of terms and delivery dates.

4. Right of Withdrawal

Clients who are consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days, provided the product shows no signs of use.

Important: The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to user specifications (custom 3D printing projects), which due to their personalized nature cannot be resold.

5. Complaints and Liability

The provider makes every effort to ensure that products are free of defects and comply with agreements. In case of non-conformity of the product with the agreement, please contact us via email to determine the method of repair, replacement, or refund.
