Shipping

We process all orders with the utmost care. We use trusted service providers:

• InPost (Parcel Lockers / Courier): Delivery time is usually 1-2 business days from the moment of dispatch.
• International Shipments: Realized according to the price list of Etsy/eBay platforms.

Order processing time (3D printing) is determined individually and is usually from 2 to 5 business days.

Returns

We respect your right to change your mind.

• Ready-made products: You have 14 days to return without giving a reason. The product must not show signs of use.
• Custom-made products: Due to the nature of 3D printing services for individual orders, these products are not returnable unless they have technical defects.

If your product arrived damaged or has defects, please contact us immediately at the email address provided in the contact section. We will solve the problem as quickly as possible.
